ABOUT US

Our Promise

The Cancer Movement is a not for profit Community Interest Company (CIC), created to make movement simpler, clearer and more accessible for everyone affected by cancer.

Everything we do is driven for public benefit, with any surplus reinvested into developing free resources, strengthening partnerships and improving access to trusted movement and exercise support.

Meet the Founders Behind The Cancer Movement

We're Sarah, Steph and Debbie.

Between us, we've experienced cancer, worked across exercise, healthcare, physiotherapy, education and research, and share one simple belief: everyone affected by cancer deserves the confidence to move.

That's why we founded The Cancer Movement. Our goal is to make movement simpler, clearer and more accessible through free, trusted, evidence informed guidance that helps people take the next step with confidence.
